*Powerwashing: your house needs a thorough scrub in order for coatings to adhere well.  A mixed solution of mildewcide, bleach, and water is employed. (Please note: in cases of extreme paint failure, washing will occur after scraping to avoid creating a mess of paint chips throughout your yard.)

*Scraping and feathersanding of loose and peeling paint.

*Priming where necessary.  Depending on job scope, this could either be a full prime or just in specific spots.

*Caulking: joints will be sealed as needed.  Loose or failing caulk beads will be cut and re-applied.

*Patching: nail holes, small sections rot, damage, etc. will be repaired according to job specifications

​

*Application of (2) tops coats.  For projects where transluscent or semi-transparent stains are used only (1) top coat may be required.
